Sole Ownership Policy
The school remains the sole owner of all student, staff, and financial data imported into SkoolSystem. We do not sell, rent, lease, share, or use student database records for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any commercial purposes unrelated to providing the Service.

We use the collected information solely to operate, maintain, and support the Service, including:
- Providing dashboard analytics and operational reports for school administrators.
- Enabling teachers to record student grades, timetables, and attendance.
- Delivering automated fee reminders, receipts, and school updates to parents via WhatsApp.
- Maintaining platform stability, resolving bugs, and logging audit logs for security oversight.
4. Database Hosting & Subprocessors
We partner with modern infrastructure providers to deliver a secure experience:
- Supabase & PostgreSQL: All user credentials, application states, and operational tables are stored on enterprise-level cloud servers hosted by Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled.
- WhatsApp Gateway API: Integrated communication channels are processed securely to deliver billing notifications and receipts to parent contact numbers.
5. Security Measures
We implement rigorous technical and organizational security controls to protect school datasets:
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols and at rest within our production databases.
- Row-Level Security (RLS): SQL-level barriers prevent multi-tenant data leaks, ensuring that administrators, staff, and parents only access records assigned to their school branch.
- Audit Logging: System activities, administrator overrides, and operational transactions are continuously logged to protect the database against unauthorized access.
