School data is separated and access is controlled by role.
SkoolSystem uses role-based access controls and tenant-level data restrictions. The application uses Supabase and PostgreSQL infrastructure, with Row-Level Security as part of its access-control model.
The school's operational records remain under the school's ownership and control. SkoolSystem processes that information to provide the school management service.
The platform is designed as a multi-school system with tenant-scoped access controls intended to keep each school's operational records separated.
